Operation: Suck it Trebek
I ran the first 4 marathons of my life between May and October of this year. The first two in May were just to finish. The third in October was to see how I was doing. The fourth two weeks after that was just to enjoy the scenery.
But I’ve still never set a goal time to aspire.

I’m not gonna lie. It’s been over a month since I’ve had a proper run. I’ve done moving, biking, and crossfit in between, but the running just wasn’t happening.
Now I’m settled into Cambridge and I met up with a friend for a 6-mile at 6:30 this morning.
The run took about an hour. Figuring out how to connect the Garmin to my laptop took about 2 hours. But...

The One Week Digital Cleanse
A bright idea - I tried to abstain from non-work related web work, TV, and all digital music and podcasts for one month last year. I nearly clawed my eyes out the first week, but nearly got used to it. Probably won’t do this with complete orthodoxy this year, but may try abstaining from the social networking, entertainment site, and email angles.
